Please inform us of any report requests prior to  your session. Reports completed outside of appointments attract preparation fees as per APS guidelines.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee, as this time has been specially set aside for you.

• Less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee 50% of the service cost. 

• Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee 100% of the service cost and must be paid before further appointments can be made.
